On the first floor of the convent building, the old monastic cells have been transformed into 34 single or double bedrooms. A total occupancy of 62 guests.

The bedrooms have a cosy and welcoming feel about them. They are distributed on either side of a magnificent corridor which boasts a beautiful vaulted ceiling.

  • 28 « twin » rooms (2 beds 90 cm wide)
  • 4 « résidence » rooms (1 bed 140 cm wide)
  • 2 « résidence shower » rooms (1 bed 140 cm wide with its own en-suite bathroom comprising of hand-basin, wc and shower)

Bathroom facilities ( bathtubs or showers, toilets and hand-basins )

Linen and towels are provided.

Organised Trips for Group

The Saintes Tourist Office organises stays which include accommodation at the Abbaye aux Dames. These are availble for groups during two periods of the year:
