The Acoustic Siestas

The site of the Abbey with its cloister, its courtyard planted with hackberry trees and gardens planted with rosemary and lavender, offers a delicious setting for sound siestas. Comfortably seated in deckchairs and equipped with binaural sound headphones (which reproduce normal hearing conditions) relive the emblematic concerts of the Festival de Saintes, a reminder of summer magic.

8 concerts of your choice for a moment of sharing and relaxation: Beethoven’s Pastoral Symphony No. 6, Onslow’s “Cain Doomed or the Death of Abel”, Monteverdi’s Vespers, Handel’s “Dixit Dominus” and “Ode for Saint Cecilia’s Day”, Echoes in time by Voces8, Benevolo’s monumental polyphonies or Bach’s Johannes passion.
